SXEW Hellenic Cuprum Ltd is a modern mining and metallurgical company established to develop and operate a mature business project: the production of exceptionally high-quality copper cathodes (Cu 99.999%) using the environmentally friendly hydrometallurgy method.
The project, licensed for nearly a decade, is being implemented in the Apliki area (at the base of Marathasa), where confirmed copper reserves exist. The implementation is carried out by an experienced and award-winning technical team, which has developed and operated similar hydrometallurgical projects, such as the Skouriotissa operations by Hellenic Copper Mines Ltd (HCM)

The company holds full permits for environmental management and industrial emissions in accordance with national and European legislation, with a commitment to full compliance.
Additionally, Hellenic Cuprum Ltd is 100% export-oriented, creating new jobs for young scientists and technicians.
